This dish, served on holidays or at fairs, consists of pieces of meat, seasoned with spices and vegetables.
This characteristic dish of Basque tradition is revisited in our cannery in Espelette with carefully selected raw materials from our producers in the Basque Country and the South-West to offer you the best taste experience.
