DELIVERY
What are the delivery rates for mainland France?
Two delivery options are available:
- Delivery to a pickup point via Mondial Relay for €4.80, free for purchases of €30 or more.
- Home delivery with our partner DPD for €6, free for purchases of €80 or more.
From what purchase amount is delivery free?
Free delivery is offered:
- From €30 of purchases for delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay
- From €80 of purchases for home delivery with DPD
What is the pickup time limit for a pick-up point order?
For orders to a pickup point via Mondial Relay, you have 8 days to collect your parcel. After this period, Mondial Relay will return your order to us.
I received my order damaged, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and damaged items. We will find a quick solution, whether it's an exchange or a refund. serviceclients@etxepeio.com
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order is delayed, first check your package's tracking status using the tracking number sent by email.
If the tracking status does not provide a satisfactory answer, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
How will I be informed about the delivery of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This will allow you to track its progress in real time.

How can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it.

I have a discount code, where can I enter it?
To use your valid promo code, enter it when validating your payment in the field marked "discount code".

We accept payments by:

I'm unable to make my payment, what should I do?
If you encounter a problem during payment, first check that your bank details are correct and that your card is activated for online payments. You can also try another payment method. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.

All payments made on our site are secured using SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. Your banking data is protected and never stored.

Yes, our shops offer tastings so you can try our products before you buy!
Is it possible to order online and have it delivered to a store (click & collect)?
No, we do not offer in-store pickup.

Opening hours vary depending on the store. You can check your store's opening hours by visiting its Google listing.
