Hake Rillettes with Piquillo Peppers

Piquillo peppers are a classic of Basque cuisine. These sweet red peppers of Spanish origin have a very fruity taste and are found whole in jars, deseeded, peeled, and then wood-fired.

Very easy to cook, we offer them here as an accompaniment to our rillettes recipe.
