The traditional sauce for spit-roasted lamb. Vinegar infused with garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and Espelette pepper. A piece of Basque tradition in a bottle.
Traditionally used to marinate lamb or mutton, it can be used in any marinade, but also to enhance a vinaigrette. An essential asset for plancha cooking, for both grilled meats and seafood, and also in the kitchen to deglaze your preparations.
