Onion confit is a recipe for onions slowly simmered in wine or vinegar with a hint of Espelette pepper. It is simultaneously sweet, savory, and spicy, and can be used as a condiment or an ingredient in various recipes.
Our onion confit recipe is made from high-quality ingredients. We prefer to use naturally sweet and mild onions, adding a touch of Espelette pepper. All of this is produced in the heart of the Basque Country, in our cannery in Espelette!
