Irouleguy Sotila - Red Wine

The “Sotila” vintage offers a round and structured wine. Its fresh finish extends its fruity flavors with the same elegance as a Basque dance punctuated by the movement of dresses.

Tannat, an emblematic grape variety from the South-West of France, gives this wine a solid structure. It also provides aromas of black fruits and a deep color.

Cabernet Franc, for its part, offers notes of red fruits, violet and spices. It brings a certain roundness and complexity to the wine, as well as a finesse in the tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon, although less present in the blend, plays a crucial role. It brings a beautiful acidity, notes of blackcurrant, and contributes to the aging capacity of the wine.
