Description
Espelette pepper is a traditional local product. Finer and less acidic than bell peppers, it has always been used in Basque cuisine to prepare Axoa, piperade, Basque chicken, etc.
To make Tabask’Oh Etxe Peio, we let the peppers ripen. They are then bright red and sweet, packed with vitamin C, perfect for making delicious condiments.
