Made from green olives, Pintxo Berdeak ("green" in Basque) harmoniously blends olive oil, anchovies, garlic, onions, and Espelette pepper. Generously spread on a thin slice of grilled country bread, this green olive tapenade will bring color and taste to your aperitifs with friends.
