Ingredients

for 2 people

  • 2 slices of country bread or multi-grain bread
  • 4 teaspoons of Beltzak Black Olive Tapenade
  • 120g fresh goat cheese
  • 2 dried figs
  • A few walnut kernels (or toasted hazelnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • (Optional) A little rocket or young shoots


 

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread:
    Grill the slices of bread until they are crispy on the outside but still soft in the center.
  2. Spread:
    Spread the fresh cheese and a layer of Beltza on each slice.
  3. Arrange the figs:
    Cut the figs into quarters and arrange them on the tartines.
  4. Finishing touch:
    Add a few crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
