A sweet and savory tartine, full of character and freshness!


Ingredients
for 2 people
- 2 slices of country bread or multi-grain bread
- 4 teaspoons of Beltzak Black Olive Tapenade
- 120g fresh goat cheese
- 2 dried figs
- A few walnut kernels (or toasted hazelnuts)
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey
- (Optional) A little rocket or young shoots
Preparation

Toast the bread:
Grill the slices of bread until they are crispy on the outside but still soft in the center.

Spread:
Spread the fresh cheese and a layer of Beltza on each slice.

Arrange the figs:
Cut the figs into quarters and arrange them on the tartines.

Finishing touch:
Add a few crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
