The recipe is very simple, quick and comforting, to the delight of your taste buds!
Ingredients:
- Strong mustard with Espelette pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- Garlic, germ removed and cut into 4 lengthwise
- A gourmet Etxe Peio jam cooked in a cauldron of your choice
- Sliced and toasted country bread
Recipe preparation:
- Cut the top of the Camembert flush to reveal the inside. Remove it from its packaging and place it in baking paper large enough to put it back in its box with the paper sticking out a little.
- Place the garlic sticks on either side inside the Camembert.
- Place a little mustard on the Camembert with a small spoon, either in small portions or by spreading it on top.
- Sprinkle with Espelette pepper and add the tablespoon of dry white wine.
- Place the Camembert box on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap it like a papillote.
- Place the Camembert in the oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes, open the papillote to check that everything has melted.
- Add pre-toasted slices of country bread.
- Place one of our cauldron-cooked jams of your choice in a small bowl and enjoy.
- Serve immediately.
