How to store your ham properly?

Ham storage depends on its type: whole ham, sliced, or vacuum-packed.

Here are some tips to extend its shelf life without altering its taste:


Whole ham (boneless or bone-in)

Storage location: Store your ham in a cool, dry place away from light, such as a cellar or pantry (between 10 and 15°C). Once opened, it should be consumed within 3 to 4 months.

Protection: Wrap the cut part in a clean cloth or cling film to prevent oxidation.
